Art of ITALICUS, Aperitivo Challenge

AOI, Aperitivo Challenge, is an advocacy platform connecting creative bartenders globally, through an educational and innovative program; it was born in 2018 as a bartender's program to honour art's liquid expressions: Cocktails. Each year ITALICUS invites bartender's globally to participate to the competition creating an original aperitivo cocktail inspired by any form of art.

We believe bartenders are artists and with this program we incentivise them to be as creative as they can be supporting them with a series of inspirational seminars and masterclasses organised with our market partners and international experts or brand ambassadors.
Participants have the opportunity to be part of the ITALICUS community and win each year a trip to Italy for the global finals to compete for the coveted title of ITALICUS Global Bar Artist of the year and a mentorship program to experience some of the best bars in the world and the brand creativity.

PRIZES
National Winners will receive a year subscription to shoshin art club and an all expensed paid trip to the global finals. Global Bar Artist will win a once in a lifetime trip & mentorship program with Giacomo Giannotti at Paradiso Barcelona, n.1 bar at World 50 Best Bars 2022. Global media exposure and title: ITALICUS Bar Artist 2023
