The values of Havana Club are best represented by the Maestros del Ron Cubano. This is not a job taught in textbooks. Each aspiring Maestro undergoes a rigorous training program, for approximately 15 years, to truly hone their craft. Over the years they have perfected the art of crafting Cuban rum and passed it down from one generation to another.
