Chivas Hot Toddy

Ingredients: 

• 40 ml Chivas XV 
• 10 ml Lemon Juice 
• 10 ml Honey 
• 2 thin slices Fresh Ginger 
• 1 Small Cinnamon Stick 
• 1 Star Anise 
• Boiling Water

Method: 

1. Place ginger, cinnamon ans star anise into a tea cup.
2. Add Chivas XV, lemon juice and honey, then top with boiling water and stir together.
3. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.

Pro tip: The Hot Toddy cocktail is fantastic with a range of spices, like cloves, cardamom and even peppercorns. Try adding your favourite spices for a twist on a classic. 

Lillet Hot Berry

A fruity fusion of berries and citrus. Warm up a cold day with this deliciously fruity fusion with a hint of citrus. You can pick your favourite berries to complete this Lillet cocktail.

Ingredients: 

• 8cl of Lillet Blanc 
• 7cl of Blackcurrant juice 
• 7 cl of cranberry juice 
• 2 cl of lemon juice 
• 1 tbs of berry mix

Method: 

1. Add Lillet Blanc, cranberry juice, blackcurrant juice and lemon juice to a glass.
2. To serve warm, heat gently in a saucepan first, but do not boil.
3. Garnish with a mix of your favourite berries – cranberries and blackcurrants work well.

Cinnamon Tequila Cream

Ingredients: 

• 45 ml Olmeca Altos Reposado 
• 15 ml Cinnamon liqueur 
• 30 ml Heavy cream
• 15 ml Simple syrup

Method: 

1.  In a small saucepan, gently warm the cream with a cinnamon stick over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. In a shaker, combine Olmeca Altos Reposado, cinnamon liqueur, and simple syrup with ice.
3. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Top with the cooled cinnamon-infused cream.

Serving suggestion: Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Absolut Apple Pie

Ingredients: 

• 30 ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka 
• 20 ml Apple Juice 
• 10 ml Lemon juice 
• 10 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 wedge Apple 
• Cinnamon 
• Ice Cubes

Method: 

1. Gather your ingredients: vanilla vodka, apple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
2. Fill your shaker with ice cubes.
3. Pour in the vodka, apple juice, lemon juice, and the simple syrup into the shaker.
4. Shake everything together until well mixed and strain the mixture into a shot glass.
5. Garnish your shot with a cinnamon rim and an apple wedge.

Kahlua Cappuccino

Ingredients: 

• 30 ml Kahlua
• 30 ml Espresso
• 45 ml Steamed Milk
• 1 Pinch Grated Nutmeg

Method: 

1. In your coffee cup, mix the Kahlúa coffee liqueur with the espresso.
2. Add the steamed milk on top.
3. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
