Originating from Puerto Rico, the Pina Colada is a delectable blend of rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice, typically served over ice and garnished with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. PINA COLADA
The Orignal Piña Colada

Ingredients

50 ML Malibu Original

75 ML Pineapple Juice

25 ML Coconut Cream

GARNISH: Pineapple wedge

Ice

 

Instruction

 

Prep time: 5 min

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes

  2. Pour in all ingredients

  3. Shake and strain into a highball glass

  4. Garnish with pineapple, enjoy!

Berries and Cream Piña Colada

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Havana Club 3Y old rum
  • 120 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml coconut cream
  • 4-5 raspberries
  • 4-5 blueberries
  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the Havana Club 3Y old rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
  2. Add the raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries to the blender.
  3. Fill the blender with crushed ice.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring the berries are fully incorporated into the mixture.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
  7. Serve with a straw and enjoy your delicious Berries and Cream Piña Colada!

Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 60 ml coconut cream
  • Juice of 1/2 lime (approximately 15 ml)
  • 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the 60 ml pineapple juice, 60 ml coconut cream, 15 ml lime juice, and 1.25 ml vanilla extract.
  2. Add a handful of crushed ice to the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
