Halloween Inspiration

The Bloody Molly

This colourful cocktail is an absolute winner. Switching vodka for whiskey (obviously). This spicy, smooth serve will kickstart off any Halloween brunch ooccasion.

1 stick celery
1 teaspoon celery salt
Twist freshly cracked black pepper
Ice cubes
1⅓ parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
⅙ parts lemon
1 whole prawn or shrimp
2 dashes tabasco
4 parts tomato juice
2 dashes worcestershire sauce

Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice and stir gently.
Garnish with a celery stick and a twist of freshly cracked black pepper, and (if you like seafood) a prawn or shrimp.

Pumpkin Old Fashioned

The smoothness of Jameson Black Barrel combined with pumpkin flavors make for a polished fall favorite. By adding pumkin syrup to this classic bar cocktail, we´re giving it a lovely earthy sweetness and that good old fashioned festive flair.

2 dashes aromatic bitters
2 parts Jameson Black Barrel
⅓ parts pumpkin syrup

To make pumpkin syrup – add 300ml water, 300g demerara sugar, 100g pumpkin purée, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, 1 star anise to a saucepan on a medium heat, stirring well.
Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Allow to cool, remove spices, bottle and refrigerate.

Pour Jameson Black Barrel, pumpkin syrup and bitters over ice.
Stir and pour into rocks glass.
Garnish with sage leaf.

Creepy Collins

A Halloween twist on a traditional Collins. Scarily easy, scarily tasty.

35 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar Syrup
10 ml Pomegranate Juice
Top with 10 ml Soda Water
Garnish with lemon slice & pomegranate seeds

Add all the ingredients, apart from the soda water, to a cocktail shaker over ice, and shake well.
Strain into a wine glass.
Top with soda water & garnish.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

A cosy warming autumnal martini

Ice Cubes
45 ml Absolut Vanilia
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Syrup
30 ml Milk
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Dracula Spritz

Spook up your Spritz this Halloween.

35 ml Beefeater Blood Orange
50 ml sparkling wine
50 ml Ginger Ale
Garnish with orange slice & Halloween sweets

Add Beefeater Blood Orange to a highball, over ice
Top with sparkling wine and ginger ale
Garnish & serve

Blood Rising

Meet ‘The Blood Boiler'

50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
50 ml Lillet Rouge
35 ml berry syrup
50 ml orange juice
1 wedge orange
berries
ice cubes

Pour all ingredients into an iced rocks glass and stir.
Garnish with an orange wedge and berries.

30 ml Malibu Original
4 whole strawberry

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
Add 1 part Malibu Original.
Add 4 parts rose sparkling wine.
Garnish with strawberries.
