Simone is a five-time World's 50 Best Bars winner and the visionary behind Barcelona's SIPS and Boadas cocktail bars, and founder of The Art of Shaking training platform.
The Guest Shift will be held at the St. Regis Shanghai located at 538 Second Zhongshan Road (E), Shanghai, from 22:00 until late on Wednesday 16th of April.
