The Kyoto Distillery, Japan’s first craft gin distillery, is breaking new ground with KI NO BI, a gin that blends unique Japanese botanicals like yuzu, hinoki cypress, bamboo, gyokuro tea, and green peppercorns, all distilled in a rice spirit to capture the essence of harmony, or konwa. Since joining Pernod Ricard in 2020, KI NO BI has been racking up awards, including the IWSC Contemporary Gin Trophy, and continues to impress gin lovers worldwide.
